Key topics include climate protection, human rights, corporate ethics, and practical tools for integrating ESG into business models. This module explains how different social and environmental standards are structured and applied in the textile sector. Participants explore certification categories, criteria, control systems, and claims. A standards matrix and visual fact sheets support the comparison and selection of suitable programs. The aim is to equip participants with the knowledge to assess and strategically select certifications aligned with business goals and regulatory demands.
Deep – Dive
Standards
In-depth analysis of individual sustainability standards supported by practical case studies.
This module provides detailed insight into selected sustainability standards from the CERTahead portfolio, such as GOTS, OEKO-TEX, amfori BSCI, or MMS. Participants explore criteria, implementation steps, and audit sequences through simulations and case studies. The goal is to build the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for certification audits and successfully implement sustainability requirements in day-to-day operations.
Company Coaching
Strategy
Individual coaching for companies on implementation of sustainable strategies and certifications.
This module offers practical, company-specific coaching for certification readiness. Based on a pre-assessment, CERTahead guides companies in selecting relevant standards, preparing documentation, and addressing audit requirements. Coaching includes best-practice advice, strategy development, and risk mitigation. The objective is to empower companies at all supply chain levels to manage certification processes effectively and strengthen their market positioning.
